The outcome loop
How often we're right
Every renewal reminder asks one question: did you keep it or cancel it? Their answer goes back into this number — unfiltered.
Building the track record
1 / 50
We publish a match rate once we've resolved 50 hard verdicts. Soft "depends" verdicts don't count.
Worth-it kept
1
We said keep — they kept it.
Cancel cancelled
—
Counted inside the match rate above.
Crossed verdicts
0
We said one thing, they did the other.
What counts. Only hard verdicts (Worth It and Cancel) feed the rate. "Watch It" verdicts are excluded — they're a hedge by design.
How we capture outcomes. Renewal-alert emails include one-click "I kept it" / "I cancelled it" buttons. The token in the email is the auth — no login required.
What this isn't. It's not whether the card was a good idea in the abstract — it's whether our verdict matched the cardholder's actual decision a year later. That's the only number that should move you.
